Job Responsibilities• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitors• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics• Set-up a marketing campaign following clients need and requirements• Coordinate with Finance team in term of invoicing, tracking the revenue• Oversee and optimize digital workflow processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital operations.• Good in marketing tools such as Google Ads Manager, FB Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Braze (CRM) etc.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
