What you'll do:1. Responsible for assessing accuracy from risk discovery mechanisms2. Assist in the prompt enforcement of identified risks to ensure compliance to applicable policies3. Support in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to drive policy enforcement optimization4. Conduct RCA and identify opportunities in the implementation process and provide feedback to optimize strategies/SOPs
Qualifications1. At least Diploma or above.2. Work experience in Global E-Commerce governance operations or moderation operations will be a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Thai for internal collaboration and external collaboration with Thai stakeholders for governance operational works.4. Ability to multi-task and prioritise to promptly complete tasks within deadlines.5. Basic knowledge of E-commerce compliance requirements in local market, with a certain level of risk awareness.6. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.7. Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
